uplift to the next level

Have you ever been in a place where all you hear is people really been nasty in a converastion about someone you know?

Gossip can be really mean, but when it gets past that, and gets nasty, it's really hard to stick up for that person.
We're not all perfect, we all have flaws, but when we don't see our weakness and see it in other people we can get really down about your situation.
Worse still if people turn a blind eye to it.
Ignore the elephant in the room.
So what can we do when our backs are against the wall?
What if we're wanting that perfect person coming in to ''save the day''?
What if everything is crumbling around us and everything is going down hill?
Perhaps you see it in your own life?
How can we turn that around?
First we make up our mind to be mindful of others, and keep short accounts, you might think'' oh that person know's I'm just having them on'' or ''I really love that person so he know's I'm just kidding''
Kidding and exagerating is a form of lying.

All it takes is someone to believe what we said and we start to believe it ourselves.

God knows that person and he knows the hurt it causes.
We can lift people up to the next level, we can acutally raise the bar.
It might be really hard to do that in your work, even in your own home, or people that you know.
We need to start somewhere.
Work places can be really tough, and hard, to make a difference in.
Trust me, it's hard to make your mark in places.
And going around pleasing people can be easy, but it can be hard for you.
So when we see someone doing a good job we need to tell them.
It's easy isn't to agree with wrong things if it's constantly said about.
But what stays in our heads the right or the wrong?
Abuse is crimpling I know, because I've been there.
However you can change it, you can speak up for yourself, or you can make a move to change it.
Once you see someone who needs encouragement it will seep into them like sunlight on a rainy day.
Or even a hello or something encouraging helps.
We don't need to be the hero that saves the day, we just need to be there for people.
