June thoughts.

Forgive me if I've already done a June thought.

I couldn't really think of a title, this time around. so you'll just have to put up with my randomness for a while.

I was reading proverbs last night, always good to read a bit of the bible each day, it just centers you, or other christian content.

I came across, this one.
I thought of my counseling friend, who is extremely good, at it. because of Proverbs 23:12.

I came to a realisation last night, it dawned on me, that the bible has the answer for every thing we need.

It's Proverbs, 23: 12.
Apply your heart to instruction, and your ears to words of knowledge.

yeah I know, I mean, you might snuggle up with a blanket.
but for me when I read that last night, and now.
and I opened Dad's bible, he's got it highlighted.

We all strive for something don't we?

We all want to be the better person, or be there for people, or do whatever it takes.
However we don't and won't get very far, if we think we're on the right path, then it gets changed.

Why is that?
well we're human, and we're not God, but his way's are always perfect.
I'll give you an example shall i?

again out of a garden, this one out of our own one.

We had a grass path, in our garden, we'd landscape it out right, but as in nature, nothing is every perfect, it's always changing.

So Dad decided to level it out, Matt was down, it meant digging into the bank, and taking clay, heavy dense as nothing good to use clay, and wheel barrowing it out to somewhere else to build up other paths, that are low.

Dad listened to his heart instruction, and went for it.

Each of us are different, we use our talents differently.

you might think you're not good at something, but others think that you are.

for me, when I was in hospital, it was clothes, I had to mentally make myself better, had to get up at the correct times, and have breakfast, and dress nicely, I've always had nice clothes, some Mum made, some are collections from OP shops.
yes I do have second hand clothes, but some a such lovely finds, i'm sure you have the bug too, some of you.

It's when you listen to your heart, and you think, hang on, I'll leave that for the next person to have pleasure out of.

that's listening to your heart.

I got to a point yesterday, when I am acutally feeling like I'm something, and I applied for a new job.

and I've also said yes to my space for Floristy for next year, job wise shouldn't be a problem.

The job I went for, was a baker at Barkers, the chutney and fruit syrup people.

in delightful Geraldine.

touristy in the summer, quiet in the winter.
And one thing about Larnaches, is that it teaches you that work can be seasonal.

So weather you it's been a while before studying, or you think you should get back into the things, you once enjoyed.
Do because you've listened to your heart, and your ears have listened to the words of knoweldge.

So pull up those sport socks a bit higher, and just go for it, because you know, you can, and are more capable now, than you ever will be.
