Don't forget to breathe

Hi there.

How's it all going?
A bit of cooler day out there, by the looks of it.
Winter might be coming, but goodness, didn't we have such amazing weather recently?

We got all the pruning finished of our 18 black current bushes, and red currents, and gooseberries.

I'm just wondering about the fruit trees, like the compact stella, and the pear tree.
Today, is short and sweet, because I have someone coming at 10:30 this morning.

It's about not forgetting to breathe, we can be so caught up in all our busyness, we think we're trying to earn our way in, by something, or doing something for others, that we can often burn out.

How do I know about burn out?
Well it's  a feeling like no other, really, you feel like a All wheel drive car, stuck in mud, your wheels are turning but you're not going anywhere.

For me, I haven't had burn out, I had a break down, which was probably a good thing, bcause my head just had enough and it had to be refreshed.
I'm still the same person, I haven't changed much.
If I have changed it was probably because I was not depresssed but I was feeling more than my actions.
i had this deep sense of fear, ''if no one did it, then who else would.''
And us women get like that, and alot of men too.

Mental awareness is massive, so that is why we need to be kind to ourselves, and think of the options, of different things to do.
or sitautions that aren't good for us.
if something isn't good for us to do, be in job wise, or work wise. find something that, is.it might be writing down that goal, and getting something done each day to achieve it. You're keeping your dream alive.

It might not happen today or tomorrow, but by writing down ideas, where you want to go with it, are fantastic.

For me, it is, turning, the kitchen into a food certified kitchen, to make sour dough bread and different parts of the world biscuits.

I need to get certified, as soon as possible, but the ideas are there.
Id have a cup libaray, of nice cups, some of them my own, some are others, and have a bag libaray, and wrap my food up in brown paper. and string, and make nice brightly coloured bags for my bread to go in.
In the hope that people would return them, I'd put a senders address on the bags, with free post.
coffee cups, would be sustainable, in pottery, mugs, or if you had a favourite cup, you could use that as well.
So my ideas are coming thick and fast, just a way to, make it a reality.
That's what I'm thinking.
Chloe
