Psalm 123.

Psalm 123.

Lord be with us and our children, today reach down in mercy and heal those who need it. Thank you Lord that we are all in your perfect plan.

You don't forget about us, we're not forgotten, we're not a mistake.
We are all loved beyond measure, our cups are full, and running over with your blessing.

Amen.

Psalm 123, is a beautiful pslam, to me it means, dedicating, our lives to him, and being patient in waiting in what he does for our lives.

It also speaks about action, verse 2. says. ''As the eyes of slaves, look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a maid look to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the lord our God, till she shows us his mercy.''

We still have injustice going on, people using little children, for indesent things that should never happen to a child. Child brides.
Horrific punishments,  we still have awful things happen in our city.
 To do with women.

Verse 3 says,  have mercy on us, Oh lord have mercy on us, for we have endured much contempt, we have endured much ridicule from the proud, much contempt from the arrogant.

The lord does have mercy on us, each and every single day.
we might have endured contempt, and bullying.

Things we should never have put up with.

But we have, because we have believed the lies, about us.

And people have had the power over us, because is there way, of coping.
We all have a coping mechanism, fight or flight thing going on.

The world that we live in has heaps of this going on.

We feel trapped in our lives, so we feel helpless, rather than helpful.

And the stuff that we do, no matter what should be doing, we feel we can never get ahead. why?
Because we haven't given it over to Jesus.

It might be a simple thing, it might be just giving it to the lord, it might just be handing it over time and time again.

We can be all busy doing what we're doing, but one thing that is requested of us, is to simply come.
Don't try and work it out, and reason it all, even thought it's human to do, but the more you start to hand it over, the more free we are as a human, and in God.
That's me for today.
