Hi there,
How's it been?
I hope that you're good.
Today as I write this, it is a new day, a brand spanking new day, full of such great hope and love.
I was out with a friend, at a nearby beach cafe, and as we tucked into our lunch, and coffee, the sunshine was on the water, brave body boarders were out bracing the waves, and dogs came to the cafe with their owners.
It was such a fantastic day to see people out enjoying it.
Today I want to talk to you, about setting your mind for action, and not letting anything come in between it.
Why?
Because I believe, that if we don't set our minds for action we are drifting, and I was a drifter before my break down, and since then, I've had 2 job offers, and I'm motivated than ever, but it's a Godly motivation.
We will go through somethings in life that are hard, for us, we will get stuck in situations, that we will face, we'll be come in contact in tricky situations.
Like being caught between a rock and hard place.
And it's how we see it, determines, our outlook on life.
If we just take a pause, and think, ''don't panic'' we wont.
We all have stress in our lives, some of it is good, it propels us forward, and some of it, can make us have breakdowns.
We forget to breath, much like doing a gym excerise and you're holding your breath, and you just forget.
till someone tells you.
Forgive yourself, when this happens, it's part of self care, I thought self care was really self centered. but it's not, it means you have boundaries, and that is healthy to have boundaries, or else you have people walk all over you and you become a door mat.
Why?
Because you dont know your own mind.
I've recently, been using a diary, it makes planning your day so much easier. because you can pencil in things, and have deadlines.
Instead of having engery just sapped out of you.
In order, to be an effective we need to look after ourselves, we can't simply keep going, if our wheels are stuck in mud. we need to take a step back, think logically. and think what is best for us.
Well that is me for now
Chloe
